1. Program Content:
The training curriculum is subject to change based on updates in technology and industry standards. Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
2. Certification:
Certification will be awarded upon successful completion of the program, including passing assessments and demonstrating competency in key areas.
3. Code of Conduct:
Participants must adhere to the code of conduct, maintaining a respectful and professional environment during the training. Disruptive behavior may result in termination from the program.
4. Intellectual Property:
All training materials, resources, and content provided during the course are the property of the training provider and cannot be reproduced or distributed without permission.
5. Privacy and Data Protection:
Personal information provided during registration will be stored securely and used only for program-related purposes. Participants agree to the use of their data as per the privacy policy.
6. Program Modifications & Cancellations:
The provider reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed and provided with alternatives.
7. Liability:
The training provider is not liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data, that may occur during the program.
8. Confidentiality:
Participants must maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the program. This includes both training materials and discussions.
9. Indemnity:
Participants agree to indemnify and hold the training provider harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the program.
10. Course Selection:
Participants can select any course from Web Development + PHP or DevOps based on their interests and training needs.
11. Change of Batch:
Once a seat is registered, changes to the selected batch are not possible. Please ensure you choose the batch carefully at the time of registration.
12. Standard Office Discipline:
Participants are expected to follow office etiquette, including punctuality, respectful communication, and maintaining a professional attitude during the program. Failure to comply may lead to disciplinary actions.
13. Fee Withdrawal:
Withdrawal of fees after registration shall not be possible under any circumstances. Please ensure your commitment before confirming enrollment.
14. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from the program will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
15. Force Majeure:
The training provider shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, or technical failures.
16. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the training provider is based. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
17. Severability:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
18. Amendments:
The training provider reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any material changes, and continued participation in the program after such changes shall be deemed as acceptance.
19. Termination:
The training provider reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual who violates the terms and conditions or engages in behavior that disrupts the learning environment. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
20. No Assignment:
Participants may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of the training provider.
